Returns & refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, in line with your legal right of withdrawal.

Hygiene exception. Piercing jewellery is worn in or against the skin, so for hygiene and safety reasons a piece cannot be returned or refunded once it has been worn, tried on, or taken out of its sealed packaging. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused and in its original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to return. Contact us within 14 days through our contact page before sending anything back. Return shipping is at your charge unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Once we receive and check the item, an eligible refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or incorrect items. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, return shipping included.

Not accepted. Worn or opened jewellery, items without proof of purchase, and requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.
