We prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as we can, usually within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen, particularly during busy periods, and are outside our control once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout, before payment. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. If your tracking hasn't moved for a while or your parcel seems lost, contact us with your order number and we'll help look into it.
