Gold Industrial Barbell

The gold industrial barbell is a long 14G straight bar that links two cartilage piercings across the top of the ear — the industrial (or scaffold) look, in one clean line. A ball screws onto each end, in implant-grade titanium that stays kind to healing cartilage.

Both balls screw off the bar, so you can clean the piece or swap an end without tools. The long bar is a single, rigid span — pick the length that matches the distance between your two piercings. To fill out the rest of the helix, pair it with a gold cartilage hoop.
