The titanium daith heart clicker is a hinged heart-shaped ring — a daith clicker bent into a clean heart and set with a row of cubic zirconia down one side. Worn in the daith, it frames the ear with a little heart; the same clicker also suits a helix, tragus or conch.
It is machined from ASTM F136 titanium (grade 23) — nickel-free and cobalt-free, light and corrosion-resistant. The material piercers recommend for a fresh piercing and for sensitive skin, polished to a quiet silver shine. Prefer gold? See the gold heart clicker.
The hinge makes it easy to wear: one side swings open, slides through the piercing and snaps shut into a seamless heart — no bending the metal, no captive bead to drop. The cubic-zirconia pavé runs along one edge so it catches the light from the front.
Left or right?
Because the crystals sit on one side of the heart, the ring comes in a left and a right version so the pavé faces forward whichever ear you wear it in. Choose the side that matches your daith — unsure, your piercer will know at a glance.
Where to wear your heart clicker
Made for the daith, the heart also works in a helix, tragus, conch or lobe. It is 16G (1.2 mm) — match the gauge your piercer used. For a charm that dangles instead, see the cartilage hoop.
Choosing your size
Two heart sizes: 8 mm and 10 mm (outer height). 8 mm sits snug, 10 mm reads a touch bolder. For a daith, both fit most ears — our gauge and size guide helps if you're unsure.
Frequently asked questions about the daith heart
-
Which side do I choose? Pick the version whose crystals face outward in your ear — left for a left daith, right for a right daith. Your piercer can confirm.
-
Is it safe on a fresh piercing? Yes — implant-grade ASTM F136 titanium is nickel-free and biocompatible, the recommended choice for a new or sensitive piercing.
-
How does the hinge work? One side swings open on a tiny hinge; pass it through and press until it clicks shut. No tools, no separate bead.
